The Tukwila Community Representative position on the King County International Airport Roundtable is currently vacant. The Roundtable provides advice, oversight and assistance to the Airport Director, King County Executive and King County Council on the airport budget, programs, regulations, master plans, noise reduction strategies and other related matters. The Roundtable consists of eight community members, four tenant representatives; one representative from the Pilots Association; one member representing indirect users of airport services; and two labor representatives. The Roundtable meets on the second Monday of each month, from 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. at the Airport Terminal Bldg, Room 110, 7277 Perimeter Rd S, Seattle, WA, 98108.

The City will review the initial applications and forward the top two to King County Councilmember Dave Upthegrove’s office, which will make the final recommendation to the King County Executive for appointment to the Roundtable. Should the City determine that interviews are necessary, all applicants will be invited. The deadline to apply is May 31, 2016.
