To address the need for more housing and meet state mandates, Tukwila is updating its housing regulations to allow for more housing types. Tukwila’s new regulations will allow for greater density in traditionally single family and medium density zones.
Please attend this Open House to learn more and provide feedback! Free pizza and refreshments will be provided.
