Tukwila Parks & Recreation is kicking off the first of its first lunchtime concert series at Tukwila Village’s Sullivan Center on Wednesday, June 28 from noon to 1:30 p.m.
Join us for Gansango West African Music & Dance. Join the second part of this interactive performance and try your hand at drumming and dance.
Attendees can also enjoy FREE food, while supplies last, from Spice Bridge’s Moyo Kitchen. Enjoy the the tastes of Somali-Kenyan-Tanzanian cuisine!
Chef Mwana originally hails from Tanzania. She offers a unique combination of authentic East African food at Moyo Kitchen. In addition to being Mwana’s last name, Moyo is also Swahili for “heart,” which you can fell in the kitchen. Mwana’s hope for Moyo Kitchen is to continue growing, sharing love and culture with people through good food!
