Public Meeting – Osterly Park Townhomes Final Subdivision Phase II

Request for final subdivision approval for Phase II of the Osterly Park Townhomes. The proposal for Phase II is to subdivide 2 existing parcels into 15 unit lots, and access, utility, and recreation tracts and easements. Phase II construction includes 15 new townhomes, recreation/playground areas, landscaping and access road.
