Parks, Recreation & Open Space Plan Community Gathering

What are your priorities for parks and recreation?

The City has been listening to community interests and ideas to improve your parks and recreation system and needs your help to tell us what should happen next.

The event will feature an informational presentation followed by a fun and interactive small group activity to help prioritize future improvements to parks and recreation. No preparation is needed and all materials will be provided.

This is a family friendly event and light refreshments will be provided. Translation services available upon request.  

PROS (PARKS, RECREATION AND OPEN SPACE) PLAN

Every six years Tukwila Parks and Recreation completes a Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Plan.   The plan is developed to guide the City’s decisions for investments, and ongoing maintenance and management.   The plan also includes actionable solutions for capital facilities, programs, and services that will advance the community’s vision and goals for Parks and Recreation.
