Those wishing to provide public comments at the above meeting will have the opportunity to deliver comments via email, or verbally via telephone or online during the meeting:
Written Comments: All written comments received by email to Jaimie.Reavis@TukwilaWA.gov prior to 5:00 p.m. on November 12, 2020 will be read aloud during the meeting by City staff within the normal five-minute time limit.

The Planning Commission acts as the land use advisory body for the City Council and reviews and makes recommendations to the City Council on the City’s Comprehensive Plan, Shoreline Plan, Subdivision, Zoning and Sign Codes.
Notice is hereby given that the City of Tukwila Planning Commission will hold a virtual public hearing on L20-0106 at 6:30 p.m. on November 12, 2020 to discuss the following:
CASE NUMBER: L20-0106
PURPOSE: Consider amendments to subdivision procedures in Tukwila Municipal Code Title 17 (Subdivisions and Plats) and Title 18 (Zoning).
LOCATION: City-wide.
The meeting will not be conducted at Tukwila City Hall, based on the Governor’s Proclamation 20-28 adopted March 24, 2020 which says in part:
“Any public agency, subject to RCW 42.30, is prohibited from conducting any meeting, subject to RCW 42.30 unless (a) the meeting is not conducted in-person and instead provides an option(s) for the public to attend the proceedings through, at minimum, telephonic access, . . .”
