PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Planning Commission acts as the land use advisory body for the City Council and reviews and makes recommendations to the City Council on the City’s Comprehensive Plan, Shoreline Plan, Subdivision, Zoning and Sign Codes.
Notice is hereby given that the City of Tukwila Planning Commission will hold a virtual public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on, July 23, 2020 to discuss the following:
- CASE NUMBER: L20-0011
- PURPOSE: Design Review Public Hearing for construction of new 2-story office and warehouse building with associated site improvements.
- LOCATION: 14027 Interurban Ave S

The meeting will not be conducted at Tukwila City Hall, based on the Governor’s Proclamation 20-28 adopted March 24, 2020 which says in part:
“Any public agency, subject to RCW 42.30, is prohibited from conducting any meeting, subject to RCW 42.30 unless (a) the meeting is not conducted in-person and instead provides an option(s) for the public to attend the proceedings through, at minimum, telephonic access, . . .”
Those wishing to provide public comments at the above meeting will have the opportunity to deliver comments via email, or verbally via telephone or online during the meeting:
Written Comments: All written comments received by email to Max.Baker@TukwilaWA.gov prior to 5:00 p.m. on July 23 will be read aloud during the meeting by City staff within the normal five-minute time limit.
