Community Meeting – Proposed Affordable and Sustainable Housing Community

Please join Homestead Community Land Trust for an informational event to learn more about Riverton Cascade, a proposed development in the Cascade View neighborhood of Tukwila.

This proposed community of 18 compact, 3- to 4-bedroom homes would be built at the intersection of Military Road S. and S. 140th St using net-zero, deep green practices and offer affordable homeownership for households making less than 80% of King County median income.*
