Green River Trail Improvements

Project Overview

Construction of approximately 700 linear feet of concrete multi-use trail improvements within the right-of-way of the Green River Trail, including but not limited to clearing and tree removal, excavation and embankment, concrete paving, landscaping and irrigation, decorative concrete treatments, and lighting and camera systems.

Decorative concrete has been finished at the Christense Road end. Final concrete work to take place is some repair of cracked concrete panels.
Landscaping has begun with topsoil install and will be followed with planting
Project is still on schedule and looking at a rough substantial completion date of mid/end of August 2024 to open the trail up to public use. Due to long lead times, trail illumination poles will be arriving and installed around February of 2025
Trail will be closed during entire construction project. Detour signage will be maintained to help with this inconvenience.
