Group Power

Mondays – Noon – 1:00 p.m.

Tuesdays & Thursdays – 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Wednesdays – 9 a.m. – 10 a.m.

Saturdays – 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.

Group Power is a full-body strength training hour that makes you muscle strong and movement strong! Using an adjustable barbell, plates, and your body weight, you’ll experience traditional exercises from the weight room, plus three-dimensional, integrated movement training, for results in real life and real sport. Power is for everyone, and we think it’s the most fun you can have strength training.

 

Group Centergy

Mondays & Wednesdays – 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Thursdays Noon – 1:00 p.m.

Saturdays – 9:15 a.m. – 10:15 a.m.

Grow longer and stronger with Group Centergy, an invigorating 60-minute mind-body workout. It incorporates yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for strength, balance, mobility, and flexibility. Emotive music drives the experience as you breathe and sweat through this full-body movement journey.

 

Group Ride

Mondays & Wednesdays – 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Group Ride is a 60-minute cycling experience brought indoors that will get you heart, lung, and leg strong. Inspiring music sets the pace and creates the terrain as you roll over hills, chase the pack, spin the flats, climb mountains, and sprint to the finish!

 

R30

Saturdays – 8:40 a.m. – 9:10 a.m.

R30 is a cycling workout that will improve your cardio fitness and muscular endurance in only 30 minutes. Inspiring music and motivating coaching set the pace for a workout that will leave you feeling sweaty and energized. EVERYONE FINISHES FIRST!

 

Yoga

Tuesdays at Noon

YOGA Explore a variety of Yoga practices to rejuvenate your mind and body, including posture holding, range of movement, and restorative breathing.
