Community Resources
The City of Tukwila’s Human Services Program collaborates with and funds non-profit agencies to provide resources to low and moderate-income Tukwila residents. If you or a loved one lives in Tukwila and needs assistance, the following organizations offer a variety of services and resources. Programs assist with housing support, shelter, food, medical and dental care, behavioral health support, legal advocacy, job training, childcare, and much more.
If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 9-1-1.
All King County residents can call 2-1-1 to speak with a referral specialist who can provide you with a list of resources specific to your need. You can also access the King County 2-1-1 website for 24-hour access to online resource listings.
To connect with a city staff person who can discuss resources for Tukwila residents, contact the Human Services program at 206-433-7180, 206-433-7181, or HumanServices@TukwilaWA.gov. Staff have many years of experience and can provide information and referrals.
