Open House – FEMA Flood Maps Update

FEMA is updating flood maps throughout King County based on new data about flood hazards. This is the first update in many years and is an important opportunity for our region to get a better and more accurate assessment of the flood hazards we face. The City of Kent and City of Renton will each host an open house to discuss the map changes in the county and what they mean for those who live in or near floodplains.

• Open house in Kent – 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, March 21, 2018 (City Council Chambers, Kent City Hall, 220 4^th Ave. S.)
